• In the event of discrepancies between translated versions, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.

To register and use the gempak77 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restrictions.
• One Account Only: Each individual is only allowed to own one gempak77 account. Unauthorized registration of multiple accounts may result in closure of all related accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and use of the platform must be true, accurate, and up-to-date.

Gempak77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with these terms. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

Once your gempak77 account is registered, you are fully responsible for all activities occurring in that account. The following are responsibilities and rules related to accounts:

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. gempak77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account should be reported to the gempak77 support team immediately.

All financial transactions at gempak77 are processed through approved payment methods. The following are terms related to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for most payment methods.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay.
• Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong solely to the registered user.
• Gempak77 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and may only be made to a verified bank account registered under the same user's name.
• Withdrawal processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the method used and the user's VIP tier.
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Gempak77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review purposes or compliance with regulatory requirements. Users will be notified if this occurs.
• Any withdrawal attempt using third-party methods or accounts will be rejected and may lead to further investigation.

• User failed to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Court order or regulatory requirement mandating account termination.

If your account is terminated for breaching the terms, gempak77 reserves the right to withhold or deduct any balance in that account at our discretion. Users whose accounts are terminated fairly and without violation of terms are entitled to withdrawal of their net balance within 14 working days.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the gempak77 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days once all requirements have been met.
